🌙 Bedtime Ritual Script ( to use tonight and every night ) Step 1: Prepare (2–3 min) * Sit or lie down comfortably. * Take three slow breaths: inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Whisper: “ I now open the doorway to peace, renewal, and clarity .” Step 2: Three Lines (journal, whisper, or think) Write or say one short line for each: 1. Gratitude → “ Tonight I am grateful for ______.” 2. Release → “ I release ______ and set it down for the night .” 3. Intention → “ Tomorrow I create ______ with ease and joy. ” ( Keep them simple.
